  • ­Collect metrics related to staff recruitment/retention already in use by providers.

Current Projects

  • ­Plan an M-HIP “Regional Health Needs Assessment” convening that brings together the Mother Lode’s counties. Share findings of individual county needs assessments, discuss overlap and implications and brainstorm cross-county interventions to address big shared issues.

  • Collect Staff recruitment and retention metrics. As a group, answer the following questions: What are standard and innovative ways to measure workforce recruitment/retention? What in-house strategies improve this? What can the Mother Lode do as a region to attract and keep healthcare workers?
